Parallax Astronomy ("we," "us," or "our") operates the StarLogger Community mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information is, and is not, collected when you use the App.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

The App does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information about you. You are not required to create an account, provide your name, email address, location, or any other personal data to use the App. Any content you log within the App (such as observation notes) is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to us.

2. Information Collected by Our Advertising Partner

The App displays advertisements served through Google AdMob. To deliver and measure ads, AdMob may automatically collect certain technical information from your device, which can include:

• Device identifiers (such as the advertising ID)
• IP address and approximate location
• Device type, operating system, and app usage data related to ad interactions

This information is collected and processed by Google in accordance with its own privacy policy, not by us directly. We do not have access to, and do not receive, any personally identifiable information from AdMob. 3. Your Choices

You can limit ad personalization at any time through your device's settings:

• iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, or Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising.
• Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads, where you can reset or delete your advertising ID and opt out of personalized ads.

4. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the App itself collects no personal information, no such data is knowingly gathered from any user, including children.

5. Data Security

Because we do not collect or store personal information on our own servers, there is no personal data held by us that could be exposed by a breach of our systems. Any data collected by our advertising partner is subject to that partner's own security practices.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
